Why Email Deliverability Matters

Internet Service Providers (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo) judge every sender's reputation. A new email address or domain that suddenly sends thousands of emails looks suspicious — and ISPs route those emails to spam. Warmup solves this by starting small and growing gradually.

What Vedain's Warmup Does

When you enable warmup for an email account, Vedain automatically:

• •Sends small batches of emails to a network of real inboxes.
• •Those inboxes automatically open and positively engage with your emails.
• •Gradually increases the daily volume over 2-4 weeks.
• •Builds a positive sending reputation with ISPs before you start sending campaigns.

How to Enable Warmup

1. Go to Settings → Email.
2. Select your connected email account.
3. Click the Warmup tab or find the Warmup toggle.
4. Toggle warmup On.
5. Vedain begins the warmup process automatically. It typically takes 2-4 weeks to complete.

Signs Your Deliverability Needs Attention

• •Open rates below 5% for campaigns to warm leads

SPF, DKIM, and DMARC — The Technical Foundation

These are DNS records that prove you own the domain you're sending from. Without them, emails are more likely to be marked as spam.

• •SPF: A TXT record telling email servers which IPs are allowed to send email for your domain.
• •DKIM: A digital signature on your emails proving they weren't tampered with in transit.
• •DMARC: A policy telling what to do if SPF/DKIM fail (quarantine or reject).
