Email tracking lets you know when a contact opens your email or clicks a link. When you send an email through Vedain, we insert an invisible tracking pixel. When the recipient opens the email, we log the event and show you the open time, count, and last activity in your CRM.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data is retained for 60 days after cancellation, giving you time to export everything. After that period, your data is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations.

2FA via authenticator apps is on our near-term roadmap and will be available to all users. Currently, we enforce strong password policies and provide OAuth-based login (Google and Microsoft) as a more secure alternative to password-only authentication.
