Creating a New Custom Dashboard
- Click Custom Dashboards in the left sidebar.
- Click + New Dashboard.
- Enter a name (e.g., 'Sales Overview', 'My Daily View').
- Click Create.
Adding Widgets
- Click + Add Widget.
- Select the widget type:
- • Metric — A single KPI number (e.g., 'Total deals won this month: 12').
- • Bar Chart — Compare values across categories.
- • Line Chart — Show trends over time.
- • Pie Chart — Show proportions.
- • Table — Tabular data with multiple columns.
- • Lead/Deal List — A live list of records matching filters.
- Configure the widget: choose data source, date range, filters, and grouping.
- Click Add to Dashboard.
Arranging Widgets
Drag any widget to a new position on the dashboard. Drag the bottom-right corner of a widget to resize it. Arrange your most important metrics at the top.
Setting as Your Home Dashboard
Click the three-dot menu on the dashboard → Set as Home. This dashboard replaces the default dashboard as the first thing you see when you log in.

Can I share a custom dashboard with my team?
Custom dashboards are personal by default. Contact Vedain support for options to share a dashboard view with specific team members or make it company-wide.
Can different team members have different home dashboards?
Yes. Each user sets their own home dashboard independently. Your team members can each build and set their own personalised view.
Can I duplicate an existing dashboard?
Yes. Open the dashboard → three-dot menu → Duplicate. The copy is created with all the same widgets, which you can then modify independently.
