How to Build a Custom Dashboard in Vedain CRM

Creating a New Custom Dashboard

1. Click Custom Dashboards in the left sidebar.
2. Click + New Dashboard.
3. Enter a name (e.g., 'Sales Overview', 'My Daily View').
4. Click Create.

Adding Widgets

1. Click + Add Widget.
2. Select the widget type:
3. • Metric — A single KPI number (e.g., 'Total deals won this month: 12').
4. • Bar Chart — Compare values across categories.
5. • Line Chart — Show trends over time.
6. • Pie Chart — Show proportions.
7. • Table — Tabular data with multiple columns.
8. • Lead/Deal List — A live list of records matching filters.
9. Configure the widget: choose data source, date range, filters, and grouping.
10. Click Add to Dashboard.

Arranging Widgets

Drag any widget to a new position on the dashboard. Drag the bottom-right corner of a widget to resize it. Arrange your most important metrics at the top.

Setting as Your Home Dashboard

Click the three-dot menu on the dashboard → Set as Home. This dashboard replaces the default dashboard as the first thing you see when you log in.
