Creating a New Form
- Click Forms in the left sidebar.
- Click + New Form.
- Enter a Form Name (internal label).
- Build your form (see steps below).
- Click Save Form.
Adding Fields to Your Form
- Click + Add Field.
- Select the field type:
- • Text — single-line input (for name, company, etc.)
- • Email — email input with validation
- • Phone — phone number input
- • Select/Dropdown — single-choice dropdown (you define the options)
- • Textarea — multi-line text (for messages or requirements)
- • Checkbox — yes/no tick box
- Enter the field Label (what users see).
- Toggle Required on if this field must be filled to submit.
- Repeat for each field you want.
Reordering Fields
Drag the handle (⠿) on the left of each field to reorder them. The order you set here is what form visitors see.
Setting Form Destination and Confirmation
- •Destination: Choose whether submissions create Leads or Contacts in Vedain.
- •Thank You Message: Text shown after a successful submission (e.g., 'Thanks! We'll be in touch within 24 hours.').
- •Redirect URL: Optionally redirect to a specific page after submission (e.g., a thank-you page or calendar booking link).
Previewing Your Form
Click the Preview tab to see exactly how the form looks to visitors. Test it by submitting — the submission appears as a new lead/contact in your CRM.

Can I add custom fields from my CRM to the form?
Currently forms support a fixed set of field types. To capture custom field data, use a Textarea or Select field and manually map the data after import, or use Webhooks to push form submissions to a third-party tool that handles custom mapping.
How do I style the form to match my website?
Vedain forms have a clean default style. For custom branding, you can wrap the iframe in your own HTML/CSS, or contact Vedain support for white-label form styling options.
Can I embed multiple different forms on one page?
Yes. Each form has a unique embed code. You can place multiple form iframes on the same page — each one submits to its own destination (Leads or Contacts).
