How to Embed a Vedain Lead Form on Your Website

Getting the Embed Code

1. Go to Forms in Vedain.
2. Find your form and click on it.
3. Click the Embed tab.
4. Copy the iframe code shown.
5. The code looks like: <iframe src="https://vedain.com/f/YOUR_FORM_ID" width="100%" height="500" frameborder="0"></iframe>

Embedding on an HTML Website

Paste the iframe code directly in your HTML file where you want the form to appear:

• •Open your HTML file.
• •Place the cursor where you want the form.
• •Paste the iframe code.
• •Save and upload your file.
• •The form appears on the page.

Embedding on WordPress

• •Gutenberg editor: Add a Custom HTML block → paste the iframe code.
• •Classic editor: Switch to Text (HTML) view → paste the iframe code.
• •WPCode plugin: Insert the code in a specific location without editing theme files.

Embedding on Shopify

Go to Online Store → Themes → Edit Code → find the page template (pages.liquid or similar) → paste the iframe code where you want the form. Alternatively, edit a specific page via Pages → add an HTML section.

Embedding on Wix

In Wix Editor, click Add → Embed Code → Embed HTML → paste the iframe code into the code editor. Resize the element to show the full form.

Where Form Submissions Appear in Vedain

Submissions appear immediately in your Leads or Contacts list (whichever destination you set when building the form). A timeline entry is created: 'Lead created via form submission'. You also receive an in-app notification for each new submission (configurable in Settings → Notifications).
