Changing a Team Member's Role
Go to Settings → Team, find the team member in the list, click the role badge next to their name, select the new role, and confirm. The change takes effect on their next action.
Removing a Team Member
On the Team page, click the three-dot menu next to a member and select Remove. Their account is deactivated. You can reassign their leads before or after removal — any leads still assigned to them remain in the system and can be bulk-reassigned from the Leads list.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change someone's role after inviting them?
Yes. Go to Settings → Team, find the user, and click their current role to change it. The change is immediate.
What happens to a removed user's leads and deals?
Their records stay in Vedain. You can bulk-reassign them from the Leads list using the Owner filter to find their records, then use Bulk Actions → Reassign.
Can I create custom roles with specific permissions?
Yes. Go to Settings → Team → Roles tab → New Custom Role. You can set view, edit, import, and export permissions individually for each module.
How do I see what a specific user can access?
Go to Settings → Team → Roles tab, click on the user's assigned role to see the full permissions matrix for that role.
