Opening Campaign Analytics
Go to Campaigns → click the campaign name → you are on the Campaign Detail page with all stats.
The Stats Panel — Every Metric Explained
- •Sent — Total emails dispatched. This is your starting point.
- •Delivered — Emails that reached the recipient's mailbox (Sent minus hard bounces).
- •Opened — Unique recipients who opened the email (with open rate %). Note: Apple Mail inflates this — see the tracking guide.
- •Clicked — Unique recipients who clicked any link (with click rate %). This is your most reliable engagement metric.
- •Bounced — Emails that could not be delivered. Hard bounces (invalid address) vs soft bounces (temporary issue).
- •Unsubscribed — Recipients who clicked your unsubscribe link.
Per-Recipient Breakdown Table
Below the stats panel, a table shows every recipient with:
- •Name and email address
- •Status badge: Sent / Opened / Clicked / Bounced / Unsubscribed
- •Open timestamp (when they first opened)
- •Click timestamp (when they first clicked)
Sort the table by Status to group all Clicked recipients at the top — these are your hottest leads to follow up with immediately.
B2B Email Benchmarks
- •Open rate: 20–30% is considered good for B2B. Above 35% is excellent.
- •Click rate: 2–5% is typical for B2B. Above 8% is excellent.
- •Bounce rate: Keep below 2%. Above 5% signals list quality issues.
- •Unsubscribe rate: Below 0.5% per campaign is healthy.
Following Up After a Campaign
Use the Campaign Detail page to create a targeted follow-up: filter to Clicked recipients and send them a personalised follow-up campaign. People who clicked are showing active interest.
Frequently Asked Questions
What counts as a bounce?
A bounce means the email could not be delivered. A hard bounce is a permanent failure (invalid email address, domain does not exist). A soft bounce is temporary (mailbox full, server down). Hard-bounced addresses are automatically suppressed from future campaigns.
What is a good open rate for B2B email campaigns?
For B2B cold outreach, 15-25% open rate is normal. For campaigns to existing customers or warm leads, 30-45% is achievable. If you are seeing Apple Mail inflation, focus on click rate (2-5% is healthy for B2B).
How do I see which specific link got the most clicks?
On the Campaign Detail page, look for a link breakdown section below the main stats. It shows each link URL and how many unique clicks each received.
