How to Set Up Your Company Profile in Vedain

Setting up your company profile is the first thing you should do after creating your Vedain account. It ensures your team sees the right company name, your invoices carry your logo, and your CRM is configured for your industry. This takes about 3 minutes.

Step 1: Open Organisation Settings

  1. Log in to your Vedain account.
  2. Click Settings in the left sidebar (gear icon at the bottom).
  3. Select Org Details from the settings menu.

Step 2: Fill In Your Company Information

You will see a form with the following fields:

  • Company Name — Your business name as it should appear throughout the CRM and on invoices.
  • Logo — Upload your company logo (PNG or JPG, recommended 200×200px). Appears on invoices, the login page, and email footers.
  • Website — Your company website URL.
  • Industry — Select from the dropdown. This helps Vedain suggest relevant pipeline stages and email templates.
  • Country — Sets your default currency and tax format.
  • Timezone — Important for scheduling campaigns and automation rules correctly.

Step 3: Save Your Changes

Click Save at the bottom of the form. Changes take effect immediately — your team will see the updated company name and logo on their next page load.

What to Do Next

  • Invite your team members (Settings → Team)
  • Connect your email account (Settings → Email)
  • Set up your deal pipeline stages (Settings → Deal Stages)

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I change the company name later?

Yes. You can update the company name at any time from Settings → Org Details. The change is reflected everywhere immediately, including on new invoices.

Where does the company logo appear?

The logo appears on PDF invoices and quotes, the CRM header (visible to your team), and in the footer of system emails sent to your clients.

Can I have multiple company profiles?

Each Vedain account supports one company profile. If you manage multiple businesses, you would need a separate Vedain account for each.

What if I select the wrong industry?

You can change the industry setting at any time. It mainly affects suggested templates and default field options — it does not delete any data.
