Selecting Leads for Bulk Action
- •Select all on current page: Check the checkbox in the column header row.
- •Select individual leads: Check the checkbox on the left of each row.
- •Select all matching a filter: Apply a filter first, then select all on the page. Note: bulk actions apply to the selected set, not all filtered records across all pages.
Available Bulk Actions
Bulk Status Change
Update the Lead Status for all selected leads at once. Example: select all leads with source 'Website' that are still 'New' and bulk-update them to 'Contacted' after a campaign.
Bulk Reassign Owner
Reassign all selected leads to a different team member. Essential when a sales rep leaves — find all their leads with the Owner filter, select all, and reassign.
Bulk Export (CSV)
Download all selected leads as a CSV file. The export includes all fields including custom fields. Useful for reporting, sharing with partners, or migrating data.
Bulk Delete
Permanently deletes all selected leads. A confirmation dialog appears. This cannot be undone — use with care.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there an undo for bulk delete?
No. Bulk delete is permanent and cannot be undone. Before bulk deleting, consider exporting the leads first as a backup. Or change their status to 'Archived' (a custom status) instead of deleting.
What is the maximum number of leads I can bulk-action at once?
Bulk actions apply to the leads selected on the current page. Most list views show 25-100 leads per page. For large operations, work through multiple pages or use the filter to narrow to the specific records you need.
Does bulk export include custom fields?
Yes. CSV exports from bulk actions include all standard and custom fields that have data populated.
