Opening the Reports Module
Click Reports in the left sidebar. You will see the reports organised into categories.
Report Categories
- •Lead Reports — Lead volume by source, status distribution, lead conversion rate, leads by owner, leads over time.
- •Contact Reports — Contact growth, contacts by industry, contacts by account.
- •Deal Reports — Pipeline value by stage, won/lost deals, revenue by period, deal velocity, lost reason analysis.
- •Campaign Reports — Email campaign performance, open rates, click rates, unsubscribe trends.
- •Activity Reports — Calls made, emails sent, tasks completed, notes logged by team member.
- •Team Performance — Deals won per rep, lead conversion per rep, response time, activity leaderboard.
Using a Report
- Click any report name to open it.
- Apply the Date Range filter (top right) — options: Today, This Week, This Month, This Quarter, This Year, or Custom Range.
- Some reports let you Group By a different dimension (e.g., group deal revenue by month or by sales rep).
- Change the Chart Type where available (bar, line, pie).
- Scroll down to see the data table below the chart.
Exporting Report Data
- •Export to CSV — Download the underlying data table as a spreadsheet.
- •Export to Google Sheets — Sends the data directly to a Google Sheet (requires Google account connection).
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I create custom reports?
Yes — use Custom Dashboards (under the Dashboards menu) to build your own data views with widget-based charts and metrics. For full SQL-style custom reports, use the export to Google Sheets and build your analysis there.
How far back does report data go?
Reports show data from the moment your Vedain account was created. There is no archiving or data expiry — all historical CRM data is available in reports.
Can I schedule reports to be emailed to me automatically?
Automated report emailing is not currently available. As a workaround, connect Google Sheets and use Google Sheets' built-in scheduled email feature to send the report data.
