Reason 1: Module Disabled by Admin
Admins can turn off specific modules for the whole company. A disabled module is hidden from everyone's sidebar.
Fix: Ask your Admin to check: Settings → Manage Modules. Each module has an enable/disable toggle. If the module you need is off, ask the Admin to turn it on.
Reason 2: Your Role Doesn't Have Access
Even if a module is enabled company-wide, your role must have at least View permission for it to appear in your sidebar.
Fix: Ask your Admin to check: Settings → Team → Roles → find your role → look at the module in question → ensure View is toggled on.
Reason 3: Module Not Included in Your Plan
Some Vedain modules (WhatsApp, Calling, HR modules, AI Studio) are available only on specific plans. If your subscription does not include the module, it will not be visible.
Fix: Check Billing → Your Plan to see which modules are included. Upgrade your plan or contact Vedain support to add specific modules.
