Questions

Which accounts can I connect?Facebook Pages you manage and Instagram professional (business or creator) accounts linked to those Pages. Personal Instagram profiles are not supported by Meta’s publishing API.
Is this an official Meta integration?Yes. Vedain’s app has passed Meta App Review for Page publishing, Instagram content publishing, Page engagement and Instagram insights, and Vedain’s business is verified with Meta. Customers connect with the standard Facebook login — no passwords are shared with us.
What can AI generate?Describe the post and Claude writes a caption suited to the platform (hashtags for Instagram, a shorter hook for Facebook); DALL·E 3 generates an image from a suggested prompt. Regenerate either until it fits, or upload your own image.
Can I schedule posts?Yes — choose a date and time when creating the post, or publish immediately. Scheduled and published posts sit in one list with their status.
What data does Vedain access?Only the Pages and Instagram accounts you authorise: their post list, the posts you publish through Vedain, and their engagement and insights. Nothing is used for advertising or shared with third parties. Disconnecting removes the stored tokens, and we honour Meta’s data-deletion requests.
Do I still need a separate social tool?For Facebook and Instagram publishing plus LinkedIn (see LinkedIn Automation), no — publishing, AI content, insights and comment replies are included in your Vedain plan.
