Questions

Can I create custom roles?Yes — build roles with exact per-module view/edit permissions and assign them at invite time or any time after; changes take effect immediately.
Can reps be limited to their own records?Yes — team visibility rules scope reps to their own and unassigned records while team leads and managers see their teams.
What happens when someone leaves?Deactivate the user: access revokes instantly (including active sessions), and their records reassign cleanly to teammates.

Company profile and Job-title intelligence share a one-time free allowance and then a simple flat price per run; Inbox intelligence is charged only for records it updates. You always see the price before anything runs.

This guide explains the allowance, the pack tiers, how records are counted, how it is billed, and the questions people ask most.
